Associate Professor
Since September 2001, Associate Professor Lu has beenteaching in labor law, social security law, employment law clinics, etc.at School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law of CUPL.
He graduated from CUPL with a bachelor's degree in July 1991.
September 1991 - July 2001, he had taught judicial accounting, economic law, labor law and other courses at Central College of Political and Legal Administration.
From 1996 to 2000, he worked as a part-time lawyer at Guangda Law Firm in Beijing.
He has participated in the writing of books and monographs such as "Labor Law" and "Scientific Research on Practical Teaching and Education in Labor Law".
He has published ten papers, including labor regulations that induce default, a brief look at the path of labor law against workplace bullying, and a solid foundation of the legal system to promote the healthy development of apprenticeship training.
He participated in nearly ten research projects commissioned by the Beijing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and relevant international organizations.
He wrote more than ten articles on case study for the China Labor Security Daily.
