Shi Biao, Master of Civil Law, Doctor of Civil Procedural Law; Associate Professor and Master's Tutor at College of Civil Law and Economic Law,China University of Political Science and Law.Director of China Civil Procedure Law Research Association, Director of Beijing Property Law Research Society. She is a researcher of the Institute of Arbitration Law of China University of Political Science and Law, and a member of the Asia-Pacific Arbitration Professional Committee. she is also an arbitrator of Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Commercial Arbitration Center, Guangzhou Arbitration Commission,Wuhan Arbitration Commission, and other institutions. Her main research areas include Civil Procedure Law, Evidence Law, Commercial Arbitration Law.


Educatioanl Background

Sep. 1990 - July 1994        Studied at the Law department of China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Sep. 1997 - June 1999       Postgraduate studies in Civil and Commercial Law of China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a master's degree in civil law.

Sep. 2000 - May 2003        Studied at Civil Procedure Law and Arbitration Law of China University of Political Science Law, and obtained PhD in Procedure Law.

July 1994 - June 1999       Worked in administration and teaching management in the Office of the Law Department of China University of Political Science and Law.

July 1999 - Present          Teaching at the Institute of Civil Procedure Law of China University of Political Science and Law, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in civil procedure law, arbitration law, civil evidence law, seminar on civil procedure law, commercial arbitration practice and mock arbitral tribunal, and civil and commercial case study.
