Yu Fei, born in 1977, is a professor and PhD supervisor at the China University of Political Science and Law, a member of the academic committee of CUPL, Dean of Civil and Commercial Economics Law School.

Educational Background: visiting scholar of School of Law, Columbia University (2007.9-2008.8); School of Law, Bonn University (2010.6-2013.1).
