Mr. Pooley is a world-renowned expert in trade secret law, former Deputy Director-General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), past president of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Chairman of the Inventors Hall of Fame, Chair of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Trade Secrets, and a visiting professor and practicing attorney at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.


Mr. Pooley has over forty-five years of experience as a litigation lawyer and corporate counsel in Silicon Valley, USA. He served as a legislative expert advisor for the "Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016" in the United States, and has received numerous accolades including "Best Lawyers in America," Chambers' "Leading Lawyers for Business in the USA," "Leading Lawyers in California," and "World's Leading IP Strategist."
