On June 29, 2022, the workshop "Capacity Building on Legality Risk Management of Greening Global Value Chains" organized by the Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China and ClientEarth was successfully held. Professor Yu Wenxuan, Director of the Environmental Resource Law Institute, CUPL, and LL.M. Candidate Li Yakun,  attended the workshop and delivered speeches respectively. 

Professor Yu Wenxuan made a speech on "Legislative Practices Related to Green Supply Chains in China". He introduced the current policies and regulations of China's green supply chain, and also analyzed the characteristics and development trend of China's green supply chain specification system.

LL.M. Candidate Li Yakun delivered a speech on "Green Supply Chain Policy Tools - Traceability Mechanism and Certification System".
