The Civil and Commercial Economic Law School and the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) have launched “An Innovation in Teaching: Trilogy of the Base of Claim Right” activities to promote the reform of law teaching and explore new training models of legaltalent.

Lectures on Base of Claim Right

Three talented German professors gave introductory lectures to undergraduates in turns, and taught students the methods of German Base of Claim Right authentically.


May-June 2019

Demonstration Sessions on Base of Claim Right

Eight high-level demonstration lessons for teachers were given by four senior German experts. They gave a perfect explanation of every detail, demonstrated the dismantling and analyzing of cases by Chinese law.


September 2019

Case Sessions on Base of Claim Right

Endless: Teachers from the Civil and Commercial Economic Law School analyzed a Chinese case using Chinese law and provided undergraduate students with case sessions on Base of Claim Right.

The German International Cooperation Agency is commissioned by the German Federal Government and various ministries to carry out related foreign cooperation projects. This series of activities is exclusively supported by the “Sino-German Law Cooperation Project” under the China-German Rule of Law Dialogue Mechanism.
