Du Ming, Director of the China Law Research Center of Durham University Law School, visited Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School

On the afternoon of October 21, 2019, Yu Fei, the Deputy Dean of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School (chairing the work), met with Du Ming, the Director of the China Law Research Center of the Durham University Law School on the College Road campus.

Deputy Dean Yu Fei welcomed Director Du Ming’s visit. He provided some information on the disciplines, faculty, admissions and international cooperation and exchange of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School to Du Ming. Du Ming expressed thanks for Deputy Dean Yu Fei’s hospitality and extended the greetings from Thom Brooks, Dean of the Law School of Durham University. He introduced the development history, outstanding subjects, excellent faculty, and staffing and research fields of the China Law Research Center, established by Durham University Law School, and expressed his expectation to carry out multi-level cooperation with Civil, Commercial and Economic Law School in the future.

During the talks, they discussed the content and form of future cooperation between the two colleges, and reached a preliminary consensus.
